The Buzzard Bay Water District strives to provide the necessary technical, financial, and managerial services to maintain sustainability and to operate in compliance with provisions of the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act. Our goal is to provide exemplary customer service while delivering high quality water to the businesses and residents of Buzzards Bay and South Plymouth. We are committed to providing an affordable and dependable drinking water supply that meets all State and Federal Standards. In addition, we work to maintain an ample fire safety supply to offer dependable fire protection.

COVID-19 IMPORTANT INFO
Buzzards Bay Water District office is currently closed to the public. Payments can still be made online and by mail. For emergencies, please call the office at 508-759-4631 or page us at 508-387-2748.
VOLUNTARY WATER RESTRICTIONS: The District is asking all customers to observe VOLUNTARY water restrictions on outside watering. Odd address numbers can water on odd dates and even address numbers can water on even dates. Thank you for your cooperation!

ONLINE BILL PAY AVAILABLE!
Payment Options: You have two (2) options for paying your bill online; either by electronic check or credit card. We accept MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for credit card payments. We are no longer able to accept VISA.
There will be a convenience fee for each online payment. The credit card service provider charges the fee to your credit card. When paying by credit card, the fee amount will appear in a separate box and will be totaled with the amount of the bill.
PLEASE NOTE: there is a 2.95% fee to use a credit card and a .50 fee to pay by electronic check.
